1. Services
We (“the Agency”) agree to design and develop a 3-page website (Home, About, Contact Us) for a flat fee of USD $600. Includes one round of revisions and delivery within 7–14 business days from receipt of all content and payment.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit ($300) is required before work begins. The remaining 50% ($300) is due upon delivery. Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, GCash, PayPal, and Wise. All payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required text, images, and branding assets within 5 business days of project start. Delays in providing content may extend the project timeline.
4. Revisions
One (1) round of revisions is included — covering reasonable adjustments to layout, text, or colors based on a single consolidated feedback submission. Additional rounds are available at $75/round.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all website files and design assets are transferred to you. We retain the right to display the completed website in our portfolio.
6. Deliverables
We deliver WordPress-compatible HTML/CSS files for embedding via Custom HTML blocks, or a full WordPress theme upon request. Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are not included.
7. Refund Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started. Cancellation before work begins: deposit refunded minus transaction fees. The final balance is non-refundable after delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, or data.
9. Confidentiality
We keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts in Metro Manila.
11. Acceptance
By paying the deposit or signing a project agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
